2001-2004 — President and CEO, Catelyst Communications, Inc., a privately held, 214 licensed international telecommunications provider using voice over internet protocol (VOIP) to carry international telephone traffic for AT&T, IDT, iBasis, and other major carriers; responsible for licensing and developing markets in Central America and Eastern Europe; oversight responsibility for office in Guatemala City

1998-2001 — Vice President, Director of Business Development, etelix, SA, a licensed telecom in Venezuela; responsible for product development and marketing network for South America

1995-1998 — Owner and Operator, Blackhawke International, Inc., a wholesale and retail telecommunications corporation which became BellSouth’s largest activator of prepaid cellular telephones in the Southeastern U.S. and one of the first callback operators in Guatemala
